Cancellations and Refunds

  1. You have the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund at any point before we dispatch a sample collection kit to you.

  2. Following the dispatch of your testing kit, you have a 30-day window to cancel your order. To do so, please contact our customer care team at info@bodycheck.me.

  3. This cancellation policy does not apply if you have already collected a sample at home, sent your sample to the laboratory for analysis, or if the 30-day cancellation period has lapsed.

  4. Your legal right to cancel a Contract commences upon receiving the Acceptance Confirmation email. The 30-day cancellation period for any dispatched testing kit begins upon receipt of the confirmation email indicating kit dispatch.

  5. To initiate a cancellation, please send your request to info@bodycheck.me  specifying your desire to cancel and providing a reason for cancellation.

  6. If you submit your cancellation request via email, it becomes effective upon our receipt of the email.

  7. If you cancel your Contract within the specified period and are entitled to a refund, we will reimburse you the amount paid for the Product(s) within 10 Working Days. Please note that additional postage costs are non-refundable.

  8. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used, although we may offer a gift card as an alternative. Terms and conditions for gift cards apply.
